In 1987, Jackie fulfilled a life-long dream of living in Vermont, along with her husband and daughter, two horses, four dogs and a few cats, they were lucky to find the perfect property to suit their needs. The animal family continued to grow as Jackie pursued her dog-show career and breeding program, producing several champion Dalmatians. In 1991, Jackie opened Full Stride Kennel, LLC, a small, alternative boarding facility where “dogs can be dogs”.
Through the years, Jackie has worked as an administrative assistant and served on the Board of Directors for the Windham County Humane Society in Brattleboro, Vermont. She has worked in a variety of capacities for Camp Gone To The Dogs over the past 15 years, and is a member of the Pioneer Valley Kennel Club. Other interests include photography, gardening, boating and music.
