Open Houses
Open Houses are a great way for potential home buyers to be able to view a home in a very casual and relaxed way. The bonus is that there is generally a real estate agent on hand to answer questions without the pressure of racing to the next showing. This can be a very good tool to help you find your next home or to help market your home.

Some Open House etiquette to keep in mind:
- If you are working with another real estate agent, please let your host know.
- Poke around, open closets and in general get an idea if this home might fit your needs.
- Please do not take any pictures without permission! If you would like more interior pictures than what was provided, please ask the host.
- Ask questions. We want to be able to give you the information you need. If we don't have the answer, we can try to find out for you.
- Please sign in. The seller would like to know that the Open House was successful and besides, there might be a door prize to win!
